I’m in the early stages of strategy at this point. I want to have several classes/groups that will complement the home groups we are aiming to create. These groups/classes will be short term in nature, will serve the public, will deal with issues that Jesus cares about, and will attract small crowds who can be plugged in to the church.

I know we need to deal with the personal/household finance. This is a passion that Janet and I share.
I know we need to deal with sexuality and relationships. This is a passion that Janet and I share.
I know we need to deal with addiction. This is something that I struggle with (and so do you!)
I know we need to deal with basic faith in Jesus. This is a passion that Janet and I share.

Looks like four groups/classes. They each can have a parenting angle that would also be helpful amongst our target of young families.

A generous supporter has offered to give 100 signs… You know the type - the light wire-framed ones that simply push into the ground. They are ultra-ubiquitous in Cleveland. Below, you will find examples of the 5 signs I am thinking of using. Imagine them - 20 of each type - all over Cleveland. These would drive people to the church website where we make it clear that God cares about this stuff and so does Trinity. Then, we give a survey of their feelings. An opportunity for them to leave their e-mail and other data and get on the interested list for additional e-mailings/phone calls. A list of groups/classes that will be meeting in homes in the coming weeks. A way to contact me in an emergency, etc.
